Only if items are damaged in transit or in anyway faulty, you must notify SHAZZ ART within 48 hours of receiving your product to be eligible in receiving a refund or store credit for the same amount, at SHAZZ ART's discretion.
All pieces are made with much care, however, please be aware that products are handmade and therefore may have minor blemishes, marks or slight imperfections, even when all the right precautions have taken place.
